About ordering & shipping
How can I place an order? You can easily order online through our webshop. Add your favorite products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the steps to complete your order. You will receive a confirmation by email immediately.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times? Please see our full shipping policy for current shipping costs and delivery times. We ship orders within 1-2 business days.
Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email, which you can use to track your package.
Can I pick up my order? Yes, you can also pick up your online order by appointment. During checkout, select "Pickup by appointment". Then contact us to arrange a suitable time. You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready.

About payment
Which payment methods do you accept? We accept iDEAL/Wero credit card, PayPal, Bancontact, and other common payment methods. You will see all options at checkout.
Is paying at Natuurlijk Gaia secure? Yes, all payments are made via secure connections. We do not store payment details.

About returns & exchanges
Can I return my order? Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the receipt of your order. Please see our return policy for the full terms and procedure.
How can I exchange a product? Please contact us by email or phone, and we will be happy to help you exchange your product.

About gemstones & crystals
How do I know which gemstone suits me? Every gemstone has unique properties and energy. Read the product descriptions for information on their effects, or contact us for personal advice from Mirjam and Senna.
Are your gemstones real? Yes, we only sell authentic, natural gemstones and crystals. Each piece is carefully selected for quality and authenticity.
How do I care for my gemstones? Most gemstones can be cleaned with lukewarm water. Some stones are sensitive to water or sunlight. You will find care tips with each product, or ask us for advice.
Can gemstones lose their energy? Gemstones can absorb energy from their environment. Therefore, it is good to regularly clean and recharge them, for example with moonlight, sunlight (if suitable), or with other crystals such as selenite.

About products
Are your products organic and natural? Yes, we carefully select organic and natural products. For each product, we list the ingredients and certifications.
Are your products suitable for a vegan lifestyle? Many of our products are vegan. This is stated in the product information. If in doubt, please contact us.
Can I have products gift-wrapped? Please contact us if you would like an order to be gift-wrapped. We are happy to help!
