About ordering & shipping
How do I order? You can easily order online through our webshop. Add your favorite products to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the steps to complete your order. You'll receive an immediate email confirmation.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times? See our full shipping policy for current shipping costs and delivery times. We ship orders within 1-2 business days.
Can I track my order? Yes! As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a track & trace code by email so you can track your package.
Can I also pick up my order? Yes, you can also pick up your online order at our store in Zeeland. Select "Pick up in store" at checkout. You'll receive a message when your order is ready.

About payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Bancontact, and other common payment methods. You'll see all the options at checkout.
Is paying at Natuurlijk Gaia safe? Yes, all payments are processed via secure connections. We don't store any payment information.

How do I know which gemstone is right for me? Each gemstone has unique properties and energy. Read the product descriptions for information about their effects, or visit our store for personalized advice from Mirjam and Senna.
Are your gemstones real? Yes, we only sell authentic, natural gemstones and crystals. Each piece is carefully selected for quality and authenticity.
How do I care for my gemstones? Most gemstones can be cleaned with lukewarm water. Some stones are sensitive to water or sunlight. Care tips are included with each product, or you can ask us for advice.
Can gemstones lose their energy? Gemstones can absorb energy from their environment. Therefore, it's good to cleanse and recharge them regularly, for example, with moonlight, sunlight (if suitable), or other crystals like selenite.

Are your products organic and natural? Yes, we carefully select organic and natural products. We list the ingredients and certifications for each product.
Are your products suitable for a vegan lifestyle? Many of our products are vegan. This is stated in the product information. Not sure? Contact us.
