Nature has so much to offer us. Yet, sometimes we lose touch with it. From Naturally Gaia, I help you reconnect – with yourself, with nature, and with your own life energy. I do this in a gentle, holistic way, with peace and attention.

I am Mirjam Lubbers, co-owner of Naturally Gaia. I offer natural support for body, mind, and soul – with distant energetic treatments, workshops, and carefully curated products that I develop myself.

Kan reiki ook op afstand?
In de reiki-traditie wel: de behandelaar werkt met aandacht en intentie, ook als je niet in dezelfde ruimte bent. Jij zorgt dat je op het afgesproken moment rustig ligt.
Wat merk ik van een behandeling?
Dat verschilt per persoon. Veel mensen voelen ontspanning, warmte of worden een beetje slaperig. Sommigen merken weinig en voelen zich daarna vooral rustig.
Hoe werkt een behandeling voor een huisdier?
Je dier hoeft niets bijzonders te doen. Zorg dat het op het afgesproken moment op een rustige, vertrouwde plek is. Bij klachten blijft de dierenarts altijd het eerste aanspreekpunt.
